From when we see your customer to when you receive a report on that interview with all their needs and wants, their rating of you, how you can improve, where you are good and bad, etc, is two working days only. Most research houses give reports only at the end of the survey by which time the customer may have forgotten what they wrote and feedback will become meaningless. Remember, by asking your customer what they want and how well you are doing, you are creating an expectation and if not managed, this could become a resentment. By having their input within 48 hours, you can go back to your customer and talk about the results thus creating an even stronger relationship.
We create an individual report for each interview conducted. This report is specific to that individual and can be used as a discussion point to determine how to improve thus enhancing a better relationship. Most research companies create a general overview of perceptions so it is very difficult to determine what a specific customer wanted and how they rated you.
We pride ourselves on fast turnaround time from when we finish the final interview to delivering the final summary report. This is vital as feedback to our clients must be done while the project is still fresh in their minds. By waiting too late, recommendations become less urgent to implement thus a lot of the power of the survey can be lost.
Due to the nature of the interview process, it is very difficult to hire anyone to conduct the interviews. People with counseling experience or training are chosen as they have an ability to listen without criticism and to empathize with the person being interviewed and make them feel at ease, especially if they need to get sensitive information across. Also experienced counselors are better equipped to handle angry customers and get all their feelings across. We hire mature individuals who have had management experience in companies. The majority of our interviewers are women as they have a better ability to listen without criticism.
Each company has their own “personality”. By allocating one interviewer per company, that interviewer can pick up this personality and have a lot more insight into the company when giving their final recommendations. They also are closer to the survey and by taking a higher level of interest, can give more in the interview process.
As individual and unique reports are generated, this enables us to have a drill-downable function that enables our clients to determine exactly what was said by whom. Thus if there is a specific issue that comes up, by understanding who said it, the issue can be understood in context.
We pride ourselves on a fast turnaround time in all aspects including the project. We conduct an average of 2.5 interviews a day. Based on this, we can conduct up to 50 interviews, often more than enough for one survey. If the survey has to be done in a shorter time, we can add more interviewers to the survey thus speeding up the process. By having a fast turnaround time we feel you can address issues while they are fresh in mind and a project does not drag out frustrating everyone concerned.
